Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
When you book an appointment with Siren Song Nails & Beauty, your booking is automatically confirmed. We'll send you a confirmation with all the details.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is 50% of your total service cost and helps us reserve your time slot.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't show up for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. This policy helps us manage our schedule and compensates for the lost booking opportunity.
3. Payments
We accept cash, card, or bank transfer for payment.
Your deposit is due when booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
Please ensure payment is ready at the end of your service to avoid any delays.
4. Refunds & Repairs
All completed services are non-refundable. We take pride in our work and aim to deliver excellent results every time.
If you're not completely satisfied with your service, we offer free repairs within 72 hours of your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need any adjustments.
5. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
If your service requires a patch test (such as lash or brow tinting), this must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may mean we cannot perform your service.
Please ensure your deposit is paid promptly to secure your booking.
6. Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our priority. If you're feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. This helps protect both you and other clients.
We maintain the highest hygiene standards. All tools and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients.
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that might affect your service.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and managing your appointments.
We will never share your details with third parties. Your privacy is important to us and we handle all information in accordance with UK data protection laws.
8. General Terms
By booking an appointment with Siren Song Nails & Beauty, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are not followed or if behaviour is inappropriate.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available during the booking process.
